As breathing slowly inside and out, notice any changes in energy level. Towards the end of heating, you should feel a little more energy than before starting.
* Transfer abdominal breathing. Now will the breathing exercises in the abdomen. As you breath in, fill the abdomen with air and do not move the shoulders. This is all about the belly. Count the number of seconds it takes to fill the tummy and exhale at the same pace. You want to inhale and exhale deep enough to not get dizzy in the process. We are not filling a balloon here, warming the body. Continue this exercise for three minutes.
